From the first phone call to the last. My family and I received excellent customer service and care. Jonathan was kind and readily available to pickup and drop off family to and from the airport. They made me feel that whatever I needed they could and would supply. And they did! Ebony has the patience of Job! She will get you to where you need to be. They changed some of the things I wrote on my mother’s obituary like I don’t have a college degree and can’t write a sentence myself. It was so unnecessary and some of the sentences actually looked less grammatically correct after they “edited” them. Also make sure you ask them about the jewelry your loved ones were wearing when they passed because they definitely won’t! My whole experience was extremely unprofessional and I would never use this funeral home ever again.
My experience with the Carrigan family was not a pleasant one.
