I can't say enough about Carrie. I contacted her on very short notice for My Mother's funeral & she definitely delivered. Her customer service was excellent. She kept in contact with me, sent before and after pictures & was very warm. All I had to do was call & she did the rest. I will 100% use her services again. Thank you again Carrie for a great experience & excellent service
I just discovered Carrie - we do not live here. She is so nice and helpful! Flower arrangements are beautiful! Will be using her every time I need flowers for someone in this area!
UPDATE: In the midst of the Valentine's Day crush, I ordered a get-well bouquet. Carrie remembered the person I was sending it to! She was upfront about increased costs due to the season (who does that?). Thanks again, Carrie! Superior customer service. Carrie answered the phone herself and within moments sent pictures for me to approve the arrangement. I found this on Google it said 24/7 it was open, sure enough I messaged about a plant and she messaged me right away and meet me at her shop. Her prices beat the funeral homes shop link prices and times. She has succulents, home made cards, and does it for enjoyment of the job, not just to pay bills, though everyone has to pay bills so consider tipping atleast half of what you saved if not all because she saved me ayleast 10 to 15 $ and a day or two wait for picking it up myself. Awesomeness.
Let me just start by saying Carrie's customer service is TOP TIER. I've lived in another state for several years, but from the area, and just didn't know who to go with in fulfilling my order from long distance.
