We are so glad we found Carrie and her catering company for our daughter's wedding reception! The dinner was delicious and her charcuterie boards were fabulous! There was plenty of communication during the planning stages and the set up and serving went smoothly (even with all the rain we had that day)! We received many, many complements on the food-- and there was plenty! Thank you Carrie and staff for adding to our wonderful day.
My family used Carrie's Catering for a luncheon in Shadyside following my father-in-law's funeral. The staff were very professional, friendly, and helpful. Everyone enjoyed the food. The pasta salad, charcuterie, and mini cheesecakes were delicious. Highly recommend!!
I hate to admit this but this woman’s macaroni salad is better than mine. We couldn’t have had a better experience with the lovely ladies who came out to give us full service at the wheeling island community shelter for our wedding celebration. The fried chicken, cabbage rolls, scalloped potatoes, buffalo dip, spinach artichoke dip, and fruit and meat and cheese trays were all just absolutely delicious and phenomenal and they made the party. When I reached out to them about catering my wedding, they were quick to respond and super helpful answering all of my questions. I had to make some changes to the initial menu and they immediately updated everything without any issues. The day of, they were punctual and the food was delicious! I got so many compliments from my guests about the food. They were professional, affordable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. I would highly recommend them!
I setup around 14 meals over a 4 month period. They were always there early with the meals hot and ready to go. Excellent communication skills, always informative and food was great. 100% recommend
