I had 2 impacted wisdom teeth extracted. All staff I dealt with were so friendly and helpful. Dr. Carriero was so friendly, and made me feel much calmer. I was sedated which really helped. I would 100% recommend Dr. Carriero and his staff.
Well I had my daughter there to get her wisdom teeth out years ago my benefits paid half and her fathers where supposed to cover the other half they had a problem with his which I phoned immediately and corrected and now 6 years later I am trying to do my mortgage and am being total they have me in collections and I have never heard anything other then the initial letter which I dealt with nice service on the benefits lady.
When I first went in for my consult Dr Carriero seemed a little pompous and full of himself. The staff was friendly. The blond curly haired lady who deals with insurance stuff was a little rude and abrupt but I felt only cause she is more efficient then bed side friendly. I had a very unusual case. Dr Carriero was kind patient confident knowledgeable professional trustworthy gentle..i totally trusted him and his staff with my surgery. Ive had many bad experiences with other doctors.Im so impressed with the care i received by Dr Carriero and my experience at Niagara General hosp. I was very nervous but im very pleased...Thank you for helping me fix my palate issues

I have been here twice. Once to get my top wisdom teeth pulled and later a molar pulled. I love his staff except for his receptionist behind the desk behind the door. I find her unpleasant. Extremely rude. Not friendly at all and will cut you short. He needs to find a new person to take her place!!
Terrible. Take your business elsewhere. I spent nearly a year and a half attempting to book a surgery date with them considering I was told that I was ready by my orthodontist. I already met with the surgeon for the consultation. so it seemed as though everything was going as planned. My orthodontist then said that all that needed to happen was that I needed to book my appointment. I went for a consultation for a wisdom tooth extraction. I was referred by my dentist. The receptionist was extremely rude. When I walked up to the desk (15 minutes early as requested) she looked up and raised her eyebrows as if to ask me how she could help me. She was rude to all the staff around her as well. After going to two dentists about getting my four wisdom teeth removed, I was afraid and had an uneasy feeling with the two previous dentist. I have a fear of going to the dentist since I was a child, so this caused me much anxiety and stress to begin with. Because I have had two kidney transplants in the past, Dr. Carriero explained the procedure to my mom and I in great detail, and giving me the time to ask whatever questions I had to ease my mind.
