Disorganized manager who confuses the employees. This causes lots of mistakes. It's clean but the manager always blames things on the employees, RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMERS! He embarrasses the customers bc of this, and has a lot of overturn of employees from what I've seen.
I couldn't find the right size filter for my Carrier air handler in hardware stores, so I did a Google search and found Totaline as a distributor. I called them and they were able to figure out what size filter I needed quickly and I was able to pick them up right from their store. They were very polite and I was able to get in and out without a wait. They saved me a lot of time and hassle. Oh! They also had fresh popped complimentary popcorn! Knocked out two birds with one stone! Thanks Carrier!
