We have used Carrier for several decades and have always trusted the brand. Unfortunately, over the last year and a half to two years, the level of service has significantly declined. Wait times have become excessive, and the attention to customer service feels virtually nonexistent. It’s disappointing to see the customer experience diminish so quickly after so many years of reliability. I hope there is a serious evaluation of how service standards have slipped and that meaningful improvements are made.
I had an early deliver at this location gentleman on the forklift was very helpful and respectful offloaded me fast no waste of time in and out .
Quick, Punctual, and professional. And Soraya is amazing and such a kind soul!
