they close too early
First off they never answer the phone. More importantly the warranty process is complete bs. I am a contractor and you have to fill out endless paperwork online to get a simple warranty part approved unless you want to pay this store an extortion fee of $100 to have them do a warranty claim for you. Every other hvac dealer handles the warranty. Carrier would rather leave people without heat or air instead of standing behind their garbage product.
