Took them over 2 hours to unload a trailer that was only a quarter full. Pathetic and embarrassing
Counter sales guys are unmotivated and seem like beat down sad people with the exception of Vince, Vince is a bright and shining happy to help enthusiastic and kind person who moves quickly and strives for customer service it seems. Hire more people like Vince. Please. We're all begging you. If you see this carrier great lakes, give Vince a freaking bonus, maybe even fire yourselves and make Vince the boss of the branch and fire everybody else lol.
