Good HVAC supplier as a contractor they should have part counter open before 9am
Horrible warranty policy!!! A class action lawsuit against Carrier is in place for having defective heat exchangers on several models in which they are to provide a replacement. Being a Hvac-r contractor I went to pick a replacement up and was told that I had to put my money down up front $1,300 for 3 months before they would send me a check.
