Bought top of the line furnace and had it installed 2013. Diligent on maintenance and furnace died last month and told the part was on back order in US and was over $1300. Terrible customer service. Was forced to buy a new furnace after 7 years end this was supposed the best furnace in 2013. Shame on carrier for making shotty products. Will never buy or recommend carrier again.
