The parts department never answers the phone. Automated service keeps trying to refer you to the app. Which is not user-friendly? Every time place in order always get wrong part. Lacking in customer service. Contractors, beware. You will spend a couple of hours to a couple of days trying to obtain parts to make repairs to their systems.

You’d think with all the poor reviews, they would have done something regarding the poor customer service. Office held on phone for 45 minutes and not even a single person picked up to say we’ll be with you shortly. I called and held for another 30 minutes before the call was dropped. Carrier is by far the worst customer service of all the suppliers in San Antonio. Their poor customer service is exactly why I refuse to be a Carrier dealer. Plenty of ICP suppliers in San Antonio with superior customer service.

Don’t bother calling. You’ll be on automatic hold. No one will answer to let you know how long the wait time is. After 30 minutes or so, just when you think someone finally picks up, your call will be dropped.

Counter reps are LAZY!! You need to sign in at the back side of the counter on a small kiosk otherwise they will ignore you standing there waiting. I needed to purchase a limit switch and was told that I need a license - WRONG! Available on several websites including Amazon. I was trying to avoid the wait for shipping. The reps are simply not wanting to try and help. If you need HVAC parts, go online. Avoid the frustration of CE Carrier.
