Very nice people. Helped me to understand that a 59,000 BTU furnace is too small for a house of 1900 sq ft house with poor insulation in Chicago climate zone. I couldn't figure out why the in poor thing sounded like a bi-plane running out of gas and why it was running constantly. A lot of times, the products is great but it's the contractor's fraud that hurts the reputation of the product. Make sure if you pick up more than 2 individual units you have individual tarp per unit. 4 units 4 tarps. They load pretty well and quick, only problem I was never told that until I finished, strapped and chained up the load, so had to redo 8 chains to get individual tarps on each unit. You are allowed to walk on trailer unlike the instructions, depending on the load. Every individual drivers are different set of instructions. This is a joke, they dont give a f. First to check in there was nobody at security and gate was open so I go through, I was first in line at 7.36am. Then someone come to me and told me to go back to security and check in just to find there was now 5 trucks in line to check in. You need to put piece of paper on driver side window. After checking that paper and placed to get loaded they took load out of my truck because was wrong load and put that load on truck behind me while I'm on the side now waiting and it's 9.51am.
