The pay is good and the benefits are good, and the people you work with are usually pretty good. But there is too much stupidity going on in the background, and if you have an issue, expect to get jerked around with their stupid games. I was trying to get some points taken off for having car issues that I had documentation for and I kept going around and around with people who had no clue what they were doing.
