Horrible customer service. Was assisted by a Chris Legasse. I arrived and signed in and he acted as if he didn’t see me. Then once I spoke up he assisted me with a bad attitude. Made angry facial expressions and sighed the whole time. Was very rude. It was like I was forcing him to assist me. I wish I could say this was the only time he has done this, however it seems to be his typical attitude towards customers. Honestly makes me want to change vendors.

CE staff was nice to me and gave me lunch and help me with my units !! The GM was so cool and my man Rudy was always very helpful and willing for the clients Thanks respectfully

Horrible customer service. Will call is slow and do not will call. Sign in and service is so slow . Employees are less than helpful...avoid if you can

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Passing over people in line, helping others who are friends of the employees before people who’ve waited much longer..it’s usually bad service. But it’s getting worse as it gets busier. It would’ve been faster for me to drive to New Braunfels to get parts.
