This company uses a third party company to answer your telephone calls and they are there simply to make appointments to send technicians to your home and charge you close to $100 for this service call . They refuse to answer and have no ability to answer the simplest question you might have . You may not need to pay all this money for a service call just to get a question answered if your equipment is working.
