Absolutely horrible service from the parts department on the phone. I called 3 times and requested a call back and never received a call back. Then I had to go in to the store to see if they even had the parts I needed, just to see all 6 people at the parts desk doomscrolling on their phones while the “call center” has 5 people in the queue and a 20+ minute wait time just to see part availability.
Tech support never calls back. You’d think they would treat customers better!
