I made an appointment on a Friday for a Sunday drop off for Monday morning. By Monday afternoon, no call. I called and they hadn't even test drove her. End of day Monday, no call. I called late morning Tuesday. They said they were putting together a quote for my insurance company. Late Tuesday afternoon, no call. Only place I take my car when I want something done!
Not only do I take my personal vehicles them but I also have my work fleet serviced there as well. Our 2007 gmc has 350k miles on it. They've serviced it since new. Only tells us what needs to be done and never tries to up sell you on garbage that other shops do. Great family run business. I'd be lost without them!
