Should be zero stars. Just had the most disrespectful interaction with “John Allen”. I called to cancel due to scheduling the wrong service and not being told they would send a subcontractor. When I stated that I received a text from the subcontractor, “John Allen” said that was impossible. Implying that I was lying, I asked to speak to a supervisor. “John” refused my request and continued to talk.
