Very professional and takes time to listen to her patients.
Terrible bedside and customer service. Rude staff and the doctor will not see much of you and make each visit awkward. This office manager is great but it doesn’t leak into the staff and seems the surgeon sets the tone. I work with surgeons all the time and have never experienced such a feeling of being a burden to be a patient. The surgery went better than expected. Dr. Shulman has an excellent staff who assist me throughout the process. After one week of surgery, I feel much better. I would recommend her to anyone who was experiencing back pain.
I found Dr. Shulman though my insurance list and amso glad I did. She was direct and professional all the way. I felt that I was in good hands
I am alive and walking today. Remarkably Intelligent. She actually cares.......
