We were charged $228 for communication following an E-visit. The communication was a simple message to Carrie asking if we can get a prescription to treat my son’s strep throat. I did not send the message requesting the antibiotic until 3 hours had passed from receiving the test results. The pharmacy’s in my town were closing in 40 minutes and I wasn’t sure if we were misplaced in the system and thought sending a message might help.
