As first time home buyers the process of buying a house seemed very daunting. Our realtor Kate Fletcher made the process so much easier. She made time to answer our many questions about the home buying process and to work around our busy schedules. More importantly she was honest about the houses that we were looking at. She would tell us the many pros of each house and neighborhood and would also be truthful about any potential cons. I would greatly recommend this company and using Kate Fletcher as your realtor!

My experience with this agency was poor. Communication was slow, and I did not feel well represented during the process. I later worked with Williams and had a better experience, but my main issue here was the lack of responsiveness and follow-through during a time-sensitive work relocation.
