First off Carrie is a wonderful person, well rounded, well spoken, intelligent, and beyond insightful. I’ve seen a handful of therapist in my life. My preferred style of therapy is someone who tells me their opinions, their own truths and convictions. If I’m going to dump all my heart and soul into the hands of a stranger I would like to know something about the person I am handing that information to. Carrie is just that. She has a gentle way of helping you work through things without judgement, and she takes the shame out of thoughts and experiences that can weigh heavily on us.
