Carrie was truly wonderful. I had been trying to overcome a phobia for the past 5 years. I had tried talk therapy, hypnotherapy, BCT therapy, and a whole host of things with no success. Her BWRT techniques, her intelligence and her warmth gave me a space where I could heal without judgement. First off Carrie is a wonderful person, well rounded, well spoken, intelligent, and beyond insightful. I’ve seen a handful of therapist in my life. My preferred style of therapy is someone who tells me their opinions, their own truths and convictions. Carrie is an incredible BWRT Therapist- kind, knowledgeable, and truly approachable. From the first session, she made me feel safe and supported. She has a gentle way of helping you work through things without judgement, and she takes the shame out of thoughts and experiences that can weigh heavily on us.
