This morning, the branch did not open until well over an hour after opening time, a swarm of people were patiently waiting when an elderly man started to have a stroke. The patrons waiting were the ones who called the police/ambulance as oppose to the security who seemed to not have a clue what was happening. So now we have a boat load of people, an elder having a stroke, a fire truck and 2 ambulance trucks outside the bank and it's CLOSED!!! Not a good look.....
