Dishonest management company. My son rented a property from them near UNT. When he moved out, Carrico withheld over a thousand dollars from the deposit - claiming items like repair to walls, light bulbs out, and cleaning expenses. This was a lie - I personally helped clean and repair the property and it was in better shape than when he moved in. The only positive I can offer is repairs and maintenance were done in a timely manner.
The worst property management group in Texas! Never responded to any repair requests. Took forever to even call us back. They steal people's deposits without valid reasons and get away with it. Be aware of their bad business practices before they take advantage of you as well! What a disappointment!
