The Carrico team has been one of the most professional and caring property management companies, that I have ever worked with.
If I could leave zero stars, I would. My daughter has lived at one of their properties for 3 years - never late, never caused any problems for management. How is she repaid? No emergency maintenance & towing her car. Her tag number & car description was in the system, but the company they hired was too lazy to look at both cars information in their system. If you are looking for a rental property, check with Carrico. They were so caring and helped us find our cute townhome. We were at the end of our lease and things seemed pretty hopeless, but Marla and her team took great care of us. The maintenance team has been very quick to help us out with small issues and everyone has been so friendly. We are so blessed to have found our new home with Carrico Properties.
Don’t even bother if you are trying to find a property to rent. Communication was either irregular or completely nonexistent despite 3 calls to home office (2 speaking with someone, 1 voicemail). Rent from agents who actually consider renters worth their time. *2 stars instead of 1 due to Marla’s politeness over the phone
