We had a new home built at the beginning of 2026. The lot we chose was nice and level. After they built the house it turned out to be on a hill with about a 4 drop on the back yard. Told nothing we can do about it. We were told that in our front yard there might be 2 small utility boxes in the yard between the houses. Another lie we have 2 medium size boxes 1 about 2 feet tall 1 about 3 feet tall and 1 large 2.5 foot square taking up about 1/4 of our already small yard. A total unneccary eyesore. I just came to go through the model home here. Drove a 1/2 an hour. No one is here. Waste of my time. I will leave and go to Ryan Homes or Up North Construction. I know someone is there
