DON’T BE FOOLED!!!!! This place is ridiculous, and I believe they mainly just want to rake in application fees. So my fiancé and I were looking for cheaper places to rent, and came across this place. We make $80,000 a year combined (6x the rent) but yet got declined due to a collection account on my credit report. Outside of that I have a young credit score due to being 24, but all my payments are paid on time. Very unfriendly and extremely unprofessional office staff. They have zero concern for their tenants who have lived there for years! The leasing manager literally banged the phone on her desk in my ear once because I was asking questions about a situation I didn’t understand and had never been an issue before. Jaime in the main office is completely heartless and has no empathy for a grieving mother who recently lost her child. Honestly loved living at carriage Trace although it was a little run down. Then, I moved away and tried to rent again: I had never been late on my credit and had lived there before for 3.5 years. Tracy turned me down to move back in because there had been a Verizon credit issue from a joint account while I went through my divorce years before (my credit score is very, very good). Bad business ethics! Office management is nasty now whereas was helpful and cooperative before!

I guess you get what you pay for in this world. The office staff ie., property manager, always seemed to be bothered by my questions. I was happy my lease expired. I will pay more somewhere else, not to be a bother to her.
