Carriage Place Homes built our brand new home, and we love it! The quality was top notch, and they really cared about details and customer satisfaction. Their office staff gave prompt communications and answered questions professionally. We were given lots of information and help all along the way. We love our floor plan and we couldn't be happier with Carriage Place Homes.
Ken and I were very comfortable with Jeff and his entire staff all throughout the process. There were many decisions to be made and there was guidance given at each step. Our home is just the way we wanted it. Jeff listened to our ideas and concerns and either made it happen, or sometimes explained why that would not work. IF we ever build another home,which I cannot imagine why we would, we would certainly contact Carriage Place Homes.
In September, 2018 we broke ground on a home with Carriage Place builders and moved in February, 2019. The entire experience was enjoyable. The team at Carriage Place was pleasant, knowledgeable, listened to our desires and tried to fulfill our dreams. They guided us through the process and made appropriate suggestions along the way. Great personal experience. Our custom floor plan was priced with great detail and included several options within our estimate. Out of 7 builders we met with Jeff and his team were the ones we choose and never regretted our decision.
We love our new home! It is so well built and easy to maintain. Everyone we worked with was attentive and flexible.We have no qualms highly recommending the entire Carriage Place Homes team.
