Fixed my tooth just in time for Christmas! Thank you so much, professional and also billed to my insurance which was very convenient.
Unknowledgeable & Unorganized. I was told I had a starting of a cavity & I asked for a chipped tooth to be fixed. Four appointments later - no cavity apparently & I thought I was called to repair the chipped tooth only for Dentist Spencer Burns to look at my teeth after a cleaning I didn’t book nor require to state no cavities. I was given the complete runaround. I received a cleaning that I didn’t need & x-rays that I didn’t require. Never going there again & my children won’t be either.
I needed a tooth extraction. My regular dentist was unable to get me in for a week, however the pain I was experiencing was too much. I resorted to calling 15 different dentist asking if there was anything they could do. Carriage Place and Dr Spencer brought me in within the hour of calling them and extracted the tooth. I could finally sleep and was pain free. The Dr made sure I really wanted this extraction. Explaining the permanency of it. 1.Poor customer service at the reception 2. Nurse was good little bit but i guess she was there...u know what i mean. 3. Doctor was super-duper that kind of guy who thinks he is good is but not.Rude and don't listen to patient opinion and budget issues.Will try to extract as much as he could.from patients pocket. 4. Charged me $378 for x-rays exam whic is more than regular charges. Its $120 more than regular...and i heard that other do cleaining in that price as well. 5.
