RecommendedSo far we’ve had a great experience overall. We relocated here from Hawaii and the property management have been super friendly and helpful. We absolutely love our new apartment. There were a few minor fixes to be made when we first moved in, but the maintenance staff were quick and knowledgeable and fixed everything right away. Moving into Carriage Park was the worst mistake I could have made!! They lied to me about all sorts of things to get me as a tenant. I have been constantly harassed by neighbors, which the office has done nothing about except to harass me themselves. I was robbed and when I went in for help filing the insurance claim they told me “that’s not our problem you’ll have to deal with that yourself” The women in the office are unprofessional loud mouths that can be heard talking about the finances and lives of tenants, and making f... read more
