Great customer service from beginning to end! Communication was great and the work done on my vehicle was done correctly and within a timely manner.
I gotta say, my first few service experiences were terrible. BUT my purchasing experience was GREAT! And finally, months after purchasing my 2025 Outlander and several bad service experiences later, I had an excellent customer experience with Ari in the service center as well as with Lisa & Graham in the collision center. ARI IS AMAZING! Let's keep this team please, because I was ready to trade my vehicle just to avoid the service dept. But for now, see yall at my next appointment!
I had such an awesome experience and Richard westmoreland who was my sales representative was so patient! This was my first ever time getting a vehicle from a dealership and he made it so worth it!
I purchased a Jeep from this dealership and brought it in for an oil change everything seemed fine I did not inspect the outside of my jeep which I should have because they hit my Jeep at the dealership and didn’t say a word!
