UPDATE: My wife purchase a brand new Outlander Sport last Friday! We had an incredible buying experience. Our salesman, Mario L, and Brandon D, the sales manager, were both gentlemen. This dealership, Santander, and the Mitsubishi brand are number 2 in the most loathed auto company ever. As soon as you are on the hook, BOTH disown you. This will be my last lease with either. Do not lease with this company. It will be a massive mistake with threats, and misinformation like you have never experienced. I dread returning this vehicle at end of the lease. I can just see this being an experience in itself..

I purchased the 5 year inside and outside lux care. It’s nothing but a scam. They are no longer doing business with them the service specialist is grossly uninformed as is their service department. I have been told some many different things and heard too many excuses. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY
