Corey and everyone I dealt with was great. Much, much better than some past experiences with other dealerships.
I had a 9:30 a.m. appointment for routine service (oil change and tire rotation) and didn’t expect much beyond that, but the experience was genuinely great. They vacuumed the inside of my car and washed the outside, which was especially appreciated after the ice storm and all the salt everywhere. Getting back into a clean car honestly made my day. Highly recommend the KIA Carriage from Alpharetta for services. Polite employees, with fast, clean and transparent service. I actually bought my KIA from an Ed Voyles in Marietta, but after calling them, they treated me very poorly when asking about first services, which was very frustrating since I bought a brand new car from them. This was the opposite of my experience in KIA Carriage. If you need to get a Kia, you better come on out here to Alpharetta . This is the best Kia ever they pick you up. They shuttle you back they resolve your issue. I purchased a extended service contract so that I can get my oil change tire rotation why would you buy a brand new car and then take it to Valvoline down the street they suck that's the Purpose of a service contract.... everyone is always so wonderful and welcoming.
