My hairdresser, Lori, was 30 minutes late. The color was not what I asked for and had to be redone. When I got home I noticed the cut was lopsided. I called the next day and was told Lori would be out for the next week and I'd have to call back then. I was so upset that I went to another salon. I will never go back there and suggest you don't either.
