The standards at the complex have seem to gone down. Every other time I’ve had an issue, it’s been resolved in a timely manner. I have recently been having issues with lack of professionalism and work ethic with maintenance and no one seems to care. I know this is just a job to them but to me , this is home, where I should feel comfortable and feel like my concerns are being heard.
All units have huge cracks in the ceiling that continually drop pieces of plaster on the carpet. The owner claims there is nothing that can be done, and won't even let us calk the gaping holes ourselves. This adds to the draftiness of the apartment, which drives up heating costs. Low income shouldn't equal a trashy money pit.
