Been here for a couple years recently moved from a 2 br into a 3br & management or Sheila the lady that was rude over email and phone keeps telling me they can’t help me even though now that I’m looking at the reviews looks like a lot of people are having the same problem including people I’ve talked that also lives here. These apts are rodent infested, in the ceiling, coming out the baseboards as well as underneath the roofs themselves. Been here 4 yrs with rodents in my unit, my walls and my ceilings. Bugs and centipedes are crazy wild. Apts leak water very badly inside your units. No pool for over 4 yrs. No party room for over 4 yrs. Tennis court is used as a dog park and the on site laundry facility is down right dirty and triflin. They so cheap and inconsiderate of their residents. I literally had to call corporate offices to get shit done...I will come back with details soon...in the meantime grab your popcorn.Office staff could care less if a woman is safe in her own home
I stopped by the office today to take a tour of a 2 bedroom and Skylie Hamman was very helpful, professional and very nice. I would definitely recommend stopping by!
