I've lived here since 2020, but unfortunately I think now is the time to warn people that Princeton Management is just a slum lord company. The office staff here in general seems to mostly just be a middle man for the higher ups. They have switched property managers since I've lived here. The last one was pretty nice, the new one is clearly drowning in the problems that she walked into and her attitude tends to be defensive and not helpful. I had weird vibes upon stepping foot in the front office to view a townhome. I was told I would meet with Ashley, she stated to me over the phone that she was the leasing agent I would be meeting her for a showing the follow day at 2pm.I arrive 5 minutes early with my 16 year old and I see a young woman at the front desk, I ask her if she is Ashley and she stated no, then out pops Ashley from the back, eating an apple, with only socks on her feet stating to me she is going to eat now and the young lady can show me the townho... read more
I’ve lived here since 2023. I remember my mom renting a townhome years ago and thought it would be a good place to start over as my children attend Northmont Schools. This apartment is a far cry from what it used to be. From the very beginning there have been issues. When I first moved in there was a huge whole in my bathroom ceiling where they had to put in a light. You can tell it was just thrown up there. On June 18, 2024, I had an appointment to see a cottage at Carriage House Apartments and Ashley, Manager scheduled the appointment for 2 pm. When I arrived the receptionist name Lisa was given eye contact and written notes on what apartment to show. Ashley, voice was never heard as Lisa asked what apartment should I be taken to tour not the cottage. I was informed it was going to be the Cottage. I've only lived here for a year now but this is a great community to live in!! It's nice and quiet and everyone is very nice!! However, I don't like the fact that our rent went up this year and we still don't have access to our pool. It has been closed since we moved in and I don't think it's fair that we're paying for amenities we can not use and that's one of the main reasons I wanted to move here because of the pool for me and my children!!
