RecommendedMy sister has been here for several years. She loves it here. She is happy which makes me happy. They care for her very well and I want to thank Carriage House Nursing Home. I realize that now they are stretched to the limits and can’t always answer my calls on the first try but I believe they are doing the best they can.
I put my mother in this facility after talking to them many times and was at peace with it but after only 1 day they called and said she was agitated and said the doctor recommended her to be put on Ativan. The assured me that this was perfectly normal and that it was only PRN - as needed only - but after a few days they complained that she was still up and wondering around and that on the Ativan she was now a fall risk that they were having to follow her around. I found out they were also giving her a sleeping med at night ... read more

Good place to work pretty environment it’s doesn’t stink like nasty smells
wonder, caring people...we have quite a history with them and have always been satisfied..
Fine staff here who takes Great pride on taking Care of their residents here and also makes them feel at home here.
The owner alone is enough reason to not recommend this place.
Very caring staff. Took good care of my mom with dementia until her death.
