If you’re looking for a hotel with overpriced rooms, nonexistent customer service, and staff who apparently consider hanging up on paying guests a legitimate customer service strategy, this is the place for you! Our experience was frustrating from start to finish. We were overcharged for the room, and when we attempted to get the issue resolved, actually reaching someone who could help proved to be nearly impossible. Amazing staff! From the breakfast team, to the housekeepers to maintenance everyone was smiling and friendly and went above and beyond expectations. Only downside is the rooms had a musty smell, not just ours, but a friends too. But I would return if I come back to Aiken.
Great little paradise!
I love old homes and this one didn't disappoint. The outside sitting areas is extremely comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and the service was pleasant.
Absolutely an amazing place to stay. Has all the feels of small town USA but with a great service staff that was very welcoming and friendly . The lady that made breakfast was so nice and ready to take your order as your walked in. One of the coolest things is when you walk out the front door and have a video of main st it’s like stepping out into Maybury on the Andy Griffith show. Highly recommend anyone coming through town to stay here
