Unbelievable food AND great service! From the location, you would never guess what lie in store for your palate! The Carriage House Inn, located in Emmitsburg, may not appear to be much of anything as you drive by. In fact, if you didn't know anything about it, you may not even think to stop! YUMMY! I recently ate lunch here with some good friends. The food was fabulous! The crab dip was spectacular and the cream of crab soup was perfect; not too heavy. My sandwich was great also. The cheesecake for desert was so creamy. The prices are on the high side, so I would definitely come back for another special occasion.
