Owner & Staff Treat You Like You're Stupid After waiting, you guessed it, nearly THREE hours, a "scuff" (so deep they couldn't rub it out) magically appeared from the front drivers side all the way to the back of my car. I bought this car three days ago scratch free, and have photos as recent as yesterday to prove it. After taking to Jeff (the smaller of the two) he tried to tell me it had been there before. Never Again This business treats the customer VERY RUDE, and then caused damage to my car. Then they blame me for the damage.
Amazed at the great job & great prices! I went to Carriage today to get my car detailed after a friend recommend it to me. I had previously checked out some other places on-line around town and their prices were well beyond what I paid at Carriage. (Most places I found charge extra for pet hair) They did a fantastic job! top notch! They always do a good job for me. Also, it's safer for my car because it's a touchless process. If i've made a real mess,.(like spilt my coffee or muddied up my mats), I just point it out and they spend extra time on it. The waiting room is bigger than most places. They also have food, coffees, gifts and funny greeting cards to read.
Mediocre service at Carriage House Car Wash I took my car in for a what I was hoping to be a full interior wash. I have paid almost $90 for these services and was hoping that there would be great attention to details. I have previously had a dog in my non-leather upholstery car, so I knew that there would be a lot of things to clean. Horrible Customer Service. Owner is very un-professional I had poor service from the carriage house car wash on two occassions. They had my car on both occasions for over 40 minutes and when I recieved back I had to have them rework it due to dirt still in the back, on the seats, etc. When I asked to speak to the manager after the second occasion, he hid in his office and didn't want to speak to me; I had go to his office to get him to look at my car. Extremely detail oriented & great customer service! I started going to Carriage Car Wash back when it first was built on Canyon Rd. It's very easy to find and is well worth the money. Carriage has a wide variety of cleaning and detailing options to choose from including special exterior choices like window rain treatments and waxes and special interior choices like fragrances. They Do Detail As Well! I went to Carriage House Car Wash recently and was very impressed. This was my first time there and I did not know what to expect. The prices are a little high, but turned out to be worth it! My car looks new! I will be back there again.
