The office and maintenance personnel are kind, attentive, and wonderful.
"At Carriage House Apartments you will find well-maintained apartment homes, beautifully landscaped grounds, and professional on-site leasing and maintenance service teams." This is an out and out lie. I've lived at Carriage House for almost 18 years and can tell you they do not maintain the apartments or grounds well and the leasing is absolutely not professional. Carriage House truly feels like home! The apartments are spacious and meticulously taken care of by the amazing maintenance team. The staff goes above and beyond with their friendly and responsive service. What really makes it special, though, is the sense of community and the cute parks on site. Plus, the location is super convenient. I'm so grateful to live here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming place to call home.
