I’ve had a great experience living in this apartment community. The property is clean, well-maintained, and the grounds are always kept looking nice. I have been living at the carriage house for at least 17 yrs and the property is kept immaculate..maintenance now is great as Dino is the man. When you say there is a maintenance issue and you report to Dino, he is on it. He handles the situation right away. He keeps you abreast of issue so everyone is on the same page...can't beat that. Dino is the best one we've had for the carriage house. ..
I've been here for years and never had good maintenance until Dino came aboard whenever I call him he's here.
