One of my main reasons for moving here was safety. I was informed that there were cameras outside, which there are, and that there was a separate door you needed to request to enter before accessing the apartments. While this is a positive aspect, there are still several areas that could use improvement. However, there are many good things about living in this complex. My mom just recently moved in to this complex. As her caretaker, every morning that I pull up I see Rick the property manager cleaning up outside and constantly maintaining everything. I haven't been more impressed than I have with the service that Rick provides. I feel very good about this place for my mom thanks to people like him!
The move in date was pushed back multiple times as they renovated, but for the price i couldnt beat it. The apartment complex itself is a bit old and the main corridor could use a renovation. But all in all, it's a decent place for the price.
