Great apartments right next to Woodbury Lake, you can take your boat out, fish and do a lot of other things as well!!!!
Terrible older apartments to live in. Only pro is wawa is right next door. Management is terrible. Every 6 months to a year there is a new manager who doesn’t know anything and has to learn all the mess that goes on. There is no current manager for this building. There is a sub name Justin that nobody knows who is working till they find a replacement. The parking is ridiculous there’s not enough spots. Many cars of people who do not live here and are not on any lease. The E building smells like cat pee, cigarettes and weed. ... read more
The move in date was pushed back multiple times as they renovated, but for the price i couldnt beat it. The apartment complex itself is a bit old and the main corridor could use a renovation. I'm editing my review because the price is not too good for the cost of the building. It's still okay too live here, but there are better, cheeper options.
I don’t have an Google account so I’m using my son’s account! Any person that is interested in moving into Carriage House Monika is absolutely wonderful, from the 1st day that I applied she was up front with the cost and how long this process would take for my 3 girls and I to get into an apartment! Monika is very kind and courteous. She walked us through each step being I’m not tech savvy!
