The move in date was pushed back multiple times as they renovated, but for the price i couldnt beat it. The apartment complex itself is a bit old and the main corridor could use a renovation. But all in all, it's a decent place for the price.
I am very pleased with maintenance team response (Rick from Woodbury location). I specially would say them coming at night and weekends to deal with issues is amazing. Thank you for helping us keep our apartment perfect.
Rick did a great job helping out for inspection. He can fix stuff, and took care of some extra stuff too. He does good work and I am grateful.
Rented D1 and have to tell u from hearing people chasing each other around the apartment upstairs above my room at the time this was back in 2015-16 and the neighbors having sex every night because the walls were so thin u heard everything I don't miss Carriage House Apartments at all I have my own apartment now because me and my mom had the worst experience living there back in 2015-17 I left in 2018 in May I don't miss it
