Was in the bathroom manager was notified when it started multiple times in advance got to this level before was finally fixed. Manager is unprofessional and so is the owner. The groundskeeper or former maintenance man is rude and looks in widows. The new maintenance guy is good though only reason this even deserves a star.
I have lived here 7 years. I am now the manager over the complex. We do not hardly ever have availability. However, I do have a very long waiting list as the price of rent is at a cheaper basis for the age of the complex. Waiting list is anywhere from a year to 3 years out. It is a quiet place to live with respectful neighbors. I love my little complex here.
We were placed on a waiting list, and finally got in after 2 months. We love it here. Quiet. Friendly neighbors. Maintenance is coming to fix the sink drain. They were just alerted to the issue last night, after the hardware stores were closed. Never seen quicker response from a complex. Only reason I don't give 5 stars? The age of the building. But, everything else is tip-top
