If the application process is any indication of how this property is managed, I am incredibly grateful I discovered the issues before signing a lease. I visited intending to submit my application, but instead spent my time watching policies change on the spot and concerns dismissed rather than addressed. The first issue came when I was quoted $1,795 for a two bed two bath apartment when touring. When I returned to turn in applications the rate was then $1,825. We cleaned up the apartment before we left and asked management to do a walk they so they don't claim we did any damage. This lady even pointed out a singular hair left in the bathroom and made us pick up a single hair. Yet she kept the security deposit claiming the carpet wasn't clean. Even though she did a thorough walk through of the whole apartment right before we left. The apartment was filthy and stinky when we moved in and actually left it in better condition.
