Was one of the most least accommodating apartment complexes I have ever lived in. I felt like I was living in Lansing rather than Portland. The people who take residency in the apartment complex are nothing but loud disrespectful and ghetto. And the management has done nothing to help for the whole year of living here. Currently living here, management is good and rent + utilities is well priced it seems. Neighbors are nice. Only downside for me is apartment is older and you can hear when the people above you walk around or people go up and down the stairs, would be a 5 star for me if it wasn't so loud. Besides that I have enjoyed living here!

My wife and I lived here for a year and it was a great first apartment! We did notice that we could hear some noise from the apartment below us, but it was never enough to disturb. If it had been, I have no reason to doubt that management would have resolved the issue for us in a professional and timely manner. In the year we lived here, we never had any inspections, but when inspections do happen, tenants are given notice at least two days in advance. The exception to this is of course an emergency (water leaking, fire, etc... read more
