I recently went there to visit a resident. I wanted to cry when I seen the conditions of the place. The floors, walls , elevators all filthy and you can tell that it does not get cleaned at all. There was a foul odor and just heartbreaking. I honeslty cried at the filthy and poor conditions that these people are forced to live in. This place needs to be investigated.
