I like the old landlord, she was really cool. The new one had a little bit of an ego and then they tried getting me to pay for a bunch of stuff that they're supposed to do when moving out. Like changing the locks, painting the walls(never hung anything up), etc. Prodesse is kinda shady, so be careful.

I wish I had been informed these are NOT remotely soundproof at all. There is 0 attempt at soundproofing. I hear every detail of the couple who lives downstairs. Word for word I hear their loud conversations and every little sound as if they were right next to me. It is past midnight on a weeknight and they have invited several guests over into their tiny studio and are making so much noise. Lovely little apartment community of studio apartments. Since there are only studios and no pets allowed, it tends to stay cleaner, quieter and more peaceful than some other apartment complexes with larger floorplans. The people who live at Carriage House tend to appreciate and respect the rules, including no smoking on site. This place appeals mostly to hard-studying students, hard working business people and a few retirees. Annoying neighbors that call cops for stupid reasons and annoying landlords that contact my dad instead of me. I lived there between December 2013 and September 2014. They may have had a change of management.
