I can safely say as someone who recently moved out on their own the Carriage House is definitely a spot to consider. Affordable, kept up with, and management is always there to help. I had a very unique situation and Julie was such great help navigating my tenancy here. The location is really hard to beat and everyone is pretty friendly/to themselves

I just moved in here and I already absolutely love it. Everyone that I spoke to prior to my move-in was very helpful and pleasant I spoke with Julie. She was very helpful. Answered any questions I had The leasing process was seamless and the staff made my move-in stress-free. The grounds are impeccably maintained, and the building is always clean I would recommend this place 1000 times over

The only great things about this place is the ‘affordable’ rent and management, they are quick and timely with repairs and requests. With that being said, since the day I moved in last year I have seen a roach at least once a week. With exception of about the past 4 months, haven’t seen any and I hoped maybe they finally got it under control. Well I’m writing this review after seeing one on my counter top. Best location in town, close to everything you could need. I’ve been living here for a little over a year now and it’s truly been a pleasure. The management team is extremely efficient, responsive, and always helpful—any time I’ve submitted a work order, it’s been handled quickly and professionally. Living here has been a stress-free experience, and I really appreciate how well the property is taken care of. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to call home!

I rented an apartment for my daughter while she attended college at Stockton at the Carriage House. She always felt safe, the grounds were always clean and whenever we needed maintenance, they responded in a timely matter. The front office staff was always very friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance and responsive to emails or phone calls.
