The 'recent cold call' you reference was actually about no heat on Christmas Eve - an important detail you omitted. The ongoing issue is actually the opposite - the heat is routinely set at 80 degrees, which exceeds legal limits of 75 degrees and creates health hazards. This is not tenant-controlled. The place looks great to me. And I seen some really trashy places. This place is like the Tajmahal period I put in an application and hopefully I get my apartment I would love it. For what you're paying, the place is humongous. I'm praying and praying that I get in the neighborhood looks amazing. And I talked to a couple of the neighbors and they're super nice. So many roaches here that they should have paid my rent. Cheapest rent in the area but I’d never rent here again. Had roaches the day we moved in and no matter what they did or the complaints made, they never went away.
In Carriage House Apartments it is a safe, quiet and clean place, you can find shops and banks nearby, satisfied with the maintenance service as they help you when any problem arises inside your apartment.
For the price it's a great spot in an even better location. With easy access to the bus, grocery stores, wawa, bike path and so much more you couldn't ask for a more centralized spot to live in af such a reasonable price. As for the maintenance staff they are always extremely helpful and quick to address any concerns or problems you may have.
