I just moved in here and I already absolutely love it. Everyone that I spoke to prior to my move-in was very helpful and pleasant I spoke with Julie. She was very helpful. Answered any questions I had The leasing process was seamless and the staff made my move-in stress-free. The grounds are impeccably maintained, and the building is always clean I would recommend this place 1000 times over

Best location in town, close to everything you could need. I’ve been living here for a little over a year now and it’s truly been a pleasure. The management team is extremely efficient, responsive, and always helpful—any time I’ve submitted a work order, it’s been handled quickly and professionally. Living here has been a stress-free experience, and I really appreciate how well the property is taken care of. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to call home!

I've been living at Carriage House for 2 and a half years. The management is quick to handle my requests. The grounds and parking lots are frequently swept. The grass and shrubs are kept neat and trimmed. I've had few Mgmt requests and our Housemen are prompt and capable. Public transportation is available just 1/2 block away. New equipment was installed in our six (pay) laundries in the past year. There is ample parking in our lighted parking lots with 24hr security cameras. I rented an apartment for my daughter while she attended college at Stockton at the Carriage House. She always felt safe, the grounds were always clean and whenever we needed maintenance, they responded in a timely matter. The front office staff was always very friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance and responsive to emails or phone calls. we moved in few weeks ago and it was smooth and wonderful experience, thanks to alyssa and julie. they were so helpful and made everything so easy for us. the apartment was clean and well maintained when we moved in. the location is convenient, pretty much close to everything like wawa, shops, public transportation, grocery stores and restaurants. the area is clean and quiet too. overall, i’d recommend this apartment to anyone looking for convenient, affordable place in a great area!
