Recommendedit's a quiet place with good management and maintenance staff
When I lived at Carriage House Apts I absolutly loved every minute. All of the staff was friendly. If I needed any of them they were always available. Management always took care of any issues I had in a timely manner usually the same day. I would recommend Carriage House to anyone that is looking for a nice quite apartment
I absolutely love living here. It is clean, quiet and Mrs. Diane is a fantastic, friendly and caring property manager. Maintenance is done quickly by Dan and Dwayne, both great guys who go out of their way to help you, no matter the time of day. Pool, playground, dog park and gym on the property makes life easy!
Great place to Live doesn't feel like I live in Dothan away from all the noise...So Cozy!! I Feel like I'm living in a Subdivision...GREAT STAFF!!
