IN response to Jae Jae, does not surprise me. The little boy ( fill in spanish word for his name) maintenance guys focus is maintaining women. Ladiies beware!!! Do not accept personal favors, keep it professional. Its a shame that management encourages such behavior when young college students, like myself, should feel safe away from home. Nice quiet place to stay for those studious students but I think they could use better maintenance. I was promised something would be fixed when I first moved in and now its going on 2 years and it still has not been fixed. Overall besides that very nice place
