RIP-OFF! All though this place seems nice, they are all about your money. Raising rent. Raised rent at the start of the pandemic, where only one of us was working. Lived here only a year it was raised at least twice. Apartments not updated. Carpets not replaced after each tenant. Was told by the landlord carpets are good for up to 7 years (this is disgusting). RecommendedI loved living at Carriage House. The staff are attentive and do their best to make living at Carriage House safe and secure. Love seeing all the new improvements happening as well.
